Based on the dynamic ecosystem formed by these three elements, this paper focuses on &amp;ldquo;educational technology&amp;rdquo; as a key coupling agent. From an interdisciplinary perspective of systems theory and pedagogy, it deeply analyzes how educational technology reshapes the paradigm of talent development.
