However, the complexity of the system continues to rise, the risk of downtime is increasing, the data island is still stubborn, the network security threat is upgraded, and the shortage of compound talents; these factors have brought severe challenges to the hospital information network operation and maintenance management. This study systematically sorted out the core difficulties of digital hospital network operation and maintenance from three dimensions of technology, organization, and management, and put forward a set of systematic improvement paths, such as building a high-availability architecture and emergency response system, promoting interoperability standardization, introducing intelligent operation and maintenance tools, and establishing a data-driven organizational governance mechanism.
