The aim of this paper is to figure out the application and research progress of those traditional exercises in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal system disorders. It gives a short review of the traditional practices, summarizes the effectiveness of the restoration of motor dysfunction and the quality of life, and supplies the references for the clinical rehabilitation treatment.
