Existing English resource libraries suffer from issues such as poor knowledge coherence, inadequate matching accuracy, and a lack of intelligent recommendation mechanisms. By leveraging knowledge graphs to construct a hierarchical knowledge framework, integrating tiered teaching resources, establishing a graph-driven intelligent recommendation system, and employing collaborative filtering similarity algorithms for personalized resource matching, this approach enables comprehensive knowledge organization, enhances resource adaptation at different levels, and facilitates automated content delivery. The implementation of this integrated knowledge architecture, tiered resource configuration, and automated recommendation system helps clarify course knowledge logic, reduces English comprehension barriers, expands online self-directed learning pathways, and provides robust technical support for digitalized, personalized English instruction in higher vocational education.
<keywords>Knowledge graph, Higher vocational English, Smart learning resource repository, Personalized resource recommendation, Digitalization of vocational education</keywords></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>[1] Nie L, 2025, Research on the Development of English Teaching Resource Libraries for Higher Vocational Colleges in a Digital Environment.
