This paper delineates the current practical predicaments in finance education, encompassing outdated curricula, monolithic pedagogical models, insufficient industry-education integration, and suboptimal faculty knowledge structures, while delving into the core mechanisms of talent cultivation in the era of artificial intelligence. The analysis reveals that reconstructing a curriculum system that integrates cutting-edge AI technologies, innovating intelligent cultivation models, deepening the industry-education collaborative mechanism, and addressing the bottleneck of faculty interdisciplinary competence are pivotal to navigating the ongoing &amp;ldquo;digital-intelligent&amp;rdquo; transformation in finance education.
