Based on POA, this paper proposes a teaching pathway driven by output, mediated by language, and centered on values. It demonstrates the inherent compatibility of POA’s “learning-application integration” with value education and introduces a “backward design, forward implementation” approach. Through case analysis, it shows how POA’s three stages facilitate natural integration. The research confirms that POA effectively addresses shallow or difficult integration, achieving coordinated development of language skills and value cultivation.POA, College English, Curriculum-based ideological and political education
