They were divided into two groups by simple random sampling, with 58 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing care, while the intervention group received structured nursing care based on key time nodes. The two groups were compared in terms of psychological status, incidence of postoperative complications, nursing satisfaction and rehabilitation progress.&amp;nbsp; Results:&amp;nbsp; On the 3rd day after surgery, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P&amp;lt;0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.17%, obviously lower than 20.69% in the control group (P&amp;lt;0.05). The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.28%, significantly higher than 86.21% in the control group (P&amp;lt;0.05). Besides, the duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain and uterine recovery time in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P&amp;lt;0.05).&amp;nbsp;Conclusion:&amp;nbsp;The structured nursing path based on key time nodes can effectively improve the psychological state of patients undergoing painless abortion, reduce complications, speed up rehabilitation and raise nursing satisfaction.
<keywords>Key time nodes, Structured nursing path, Painless abortion, Perioperative nursing, Rehabilitation effect</keywords></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>[1] Li L, Chu Y, Yu J, 2025, Application Value of Humanistic Care in Nursing for Painless Abortion.
