Methods: 48 patients with laparoscopic surgery for gynecological tumors were included, selected from January to December 2022, and randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 24 cases in each group, to compare the effects. Results: The pain scores at each time point in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the recovery time of analgesic gas and out-of-bed activity, and postoperative length of stay were shorter than those in the control group (P &amp;lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic technology brings benefits to patients with gynecological tumors, realizes minimally invasive treatment, and reduces damage, but postoperative pain is still a key factor affecting prognosis.
