Following the failure of conservative treatment, a multidisciplinary team (comprising obstetricians, sonographers, and specialist nurses) collaborated to perform manual reduction under real-time ultrasound guidance, achieving successful resolution. Nursing priorities spanned three phases of manual reduction: pre-, intra-, and post-procedure stages. Comprehensive measures encompassed clinical observation, positioning interventions, bladder management, psychological support, and infection control, yielding favourable maternal and neonatal outcomes. This case underscores that early recognition of entrapment signs and tailored, precision nursing management according to the patient’s condition are pivotal for favourable outcomes.
