Methods: A total of 63 CI patients were selected and divided into a research group (32 cases, treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel) and a control group (31 cases, treated with aspirin) by drawing lots, and the therapeutic effects of the prescription of both groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the functional scores, hemorheology indexes, quality-of-life scores and clinical effective rate of the study group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Aspirin combined with clopidogrel has a significant impact on CI patients, and it can be fully promoted and applied in medical institutions.
