The effectiveness of the model was evaluated by comparing the experimental group and the control group.&amp;nbsp;Results: the results showed that the hip function, the incidence of complications and the recovery of balance function of the elderly patients who received the multidisciplinary team rehabilitation training were better than those of the control group.
