The updated plan underscores the importance of indicators such as World Health Organization (WHO) functional class and 6-minute walk distance (6MWD) in risk assessment. It advocates for a personalized treatment approach based on risk stratification, encompassing both initial therapy selection and escalation strategies during follow-up.
