Logistics management, as an important facet of the comprehensive management system of colleges and universities, is the basis for creating a healthy environment for both, teachers and students. Therefore, logistics management departments in colleges and universities have placed higher value on the refinement of management [1]. The implementation of refined management in logistics management, especially in the current context, will help ensure the accuracy of management and improve its overall service quality. This paper explores the application of refined management in college and university logistics management, as well as proposes several measures, in hope to provide reference for relevant research.
