This article closely examines the challenges confronting traditional medical teaching against the backdrop of national policy. It delves into the integration of ideological and political education, the establishment of a medical teaching model combining both online and offline modes, the innovation of teaching resources and methods, and the enhancement of the job competency of medical school teachers.
