By analyzing the strategic background and development needs of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, specific measures are proposed in areas such as policy support, school-enterprise cooperation, curriculum system reform, and digital transformation. The discussion is supported by a detailed case study of a vocational and technical college in Chongqing.
