Shanwei, as the “seafood gourmet capital” of China, has rich marine resources, which provide good conditions for the growth of cobia. However, with the development of the Internet, big data, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and other technologies, cold chain logistics has entered the era of intelligence. Shanwei cold chain logistics is facing a series of challenges, such as a low intelligence level, and a more traditional mode, affecting the quality of frozen products and timeliness of transportation, restricting the development of the frozen products industry. Intelligent cold chain logistics is of great significance in improving the supply level of cobia and ensuring food safety.
