Therefore, this paper mainly starts with the connotation and characteristics of traditional culture classics, in-depth analysis of the value of excellent traditional culture in class management work, and discusses the practice path of integrating excellent traditional culture into high school class management, and puts forward corresponding practice methods for student management work, which is only for the reference of relevant people.
