Integration of the principles of organizational socialization and transformative learning theories underscores the significance of a structured and supportive onboarding process. The paper argues that a comprehensive approach, including mentorship, targeted professional development, and a culture that encourages reflection and dialogue, is vital for new teachers’ professional growth and institutional engagement.
