Currently, there is a disconnect between what is taught in vocational education and the practical needs of the industry. To address this, a new approach is proposed that integrates government, schools, enterprises, and apprentices, based on theories such as the “three spiral theory” and “tacit knowledge theory.” This approach aims to better align education with the needs of the industry by considering the perspectives of all stakeholders involved.
