This study aims to explore strategies to enhance the digital literacy and competence of sports university teachers, helping them rapidly adapt to and effectively utilize digital technologies, transform traditional educational concepts, and innovate teaching methods. This study focuses on the repositioning of teachers’ roles and the application of modern technology, aiming to create a diversified and immersive learning environment for students, meeting personalized learning needs, enhancing interactivity and fun in sports classrooms, and promoting the integration of physical education with other disciplines.
