This paper discusses various factors that affect the level of information-based teaching of college teachers in the era of “Internet +”, as well as the ability that teachers need to have in information-based teaching, and also explores various strategies to improve the level of information-based teaching of college teachers, to further optimize the teaching quality of colleges and universities.
