Through literature review and empirical research, we found that the TPR teaching method can effectively promote children’s interest and enthusiasm in English learning, and improve their language comprehension and expression ability. This article introduces the theoretical basis, implementation steps, and specific application of the TPR teaching method in children’s English teaching in detail, and proves its effectiveness through teaching experience. Finally, we put forward the direction and prospects of future research.
