It elaborates on the research advancements in the theoretical exploration of AI-empowered teaching by teachers, grounded in the TPACK theory. The paper also elucidates the impacts of AI on mathematics courses, covering aspects such as teaching models, teaching evaluations, and teaching content. Analyses are respectively carried out at the theoretical, practical, and teacher development levels. Ultimately, four sets of suggestions are proposed to promote the high-quality development of mathematics teaching in universities.
<keywords/></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>Ji B, 2021, Dissertation Studies on Future School in the AI Era, thesis, Central China Normal University.</p><pub-id pub-id-type="doi"/></element-citation></ref><ref id="B2" content-type="article"><label>2</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>Qin Y, 2022, Research on the Development Model and Promotion Path of College Teachers’ Information Literacy from the Perspective of Smart Education, thesis, Southwest University.</p><pub-id pub-id-type="doi"/></element-citation></ref><ref id="B3" content-type="article"><label>3</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>Wu M, 2022, Research on the Improvement of College Teachers’ Information Teaching in the Intelligent Era, thesis, Southwest University.</p><pub-id pub-id-type="doi"/></element-citation></ref><ref id="B4" content-type="article"><label>4</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>Song F, Gong X, 2024, Substitution or Empowerment: The Impact and Response of Artificial Intelligence Teaching on Teachers’ Teaching Rights.
