This paper analyzes the necessity of higher vocational English teaching reform based on the concept of “All-round Education,” expounds the enlightenment brought by “All-round Education” to higher vocational English teaching reform, proposes to explore ideological and political elements of textbooks, optimize English teaching design, carry out vocational English thematic teaching and organize ideological and political education practice activities to improve the quality of higher vocational English teaching.
