This model can significantly reduce the duration of academic programs while enhancing students’ skill levels. Nevertheless, during its current implementation, this model still encounters numerous challenges. In light of this, this paper aims to thoroughly examine the existing issues in the development of vocational education. Additionally, it will explore the benefits of vocational education through talent training within the context of advancing the supply-side structural reform of vocational education, proposing potential pathways for talent cultivation.
