Digital literacy has become an essential core competence for college teachers and students. Facing the rapidly changing digital technology environment, exploring effective cultivation paths for digital literacy is necessary and urgent for improving teaching quality, promoting the comprehensive development of students, and enhancing the competitiveness of teachers and students. This article first analyzes the connotation of digital literacy and its importance in education. Subsequently, it expounds on the necessity and implementation strategies of constructing a collaborative development model for teachers’ and students’ digital literacy.
