It identifies major problems in current innovation training programs, shares practical insights drawn from three real cases, and proposes reform strategies in five dimensions: strengthening practicality, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, fostering an innovation‑friendly atmosphere, optimizing the supervisor system, and improving evaluation criteria.
