Based on surveys on current digital‑intelligence competencies and learning preferences of students, this paper puts forward five implementation paths, including specialty transformation, ideological‑political guidance, curriculum reconstruction, industry‑education integration, and faculty development. It designs a three‑dimensional integrated curriculum system of &amp;ldquo;Digital‑Innovation +&amp;rdquo; to promote the clustered transformation of business specialties. It also strengthens &amp;ldquo;Three‑All‑Round Education&amp;rdquo; and ideological‑political value guidance, and builds a high‑level teaching staff through the strategy of &amp;ldquo;external introduction and internal cultivation&amp;rdquo;. This study holds that this model can improve the adaptability of talent cultivation to regional economic development, and provide referable practical paradigms for frontier finance‑and‑economics universities to serve national strategies and local development.
<keywords>Silk Road Economic Belt, Business talent cultivation, Frontier finance‑and‑economics universities, Digital‑intelligence literacy, Innovation capability</keywords></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>[1]&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Song M, Ma T, Xie J, et al., 2023, Exploration and Practice of Blended Teaching Mode for Supply Chain Management Based on SPOC and Rain Classroom.
