As the saying goes, the technique is the foundation, but footwork is the key. Without proper footwork, even the best technique cannot fully exploit competitive advantage. This paper examines the footwork training path in tennis technique, aiming to provide a reference for China’s tennis coaches and professional talent training organizations.
