This paper studies the application of intelligent collaboration technology in improving the skill training efficiency of data taggers and promoting its effective docking with the post. By using the literature review method, in-depth interview method, and case analysis method, this paper analyzes the current challenges faced by data taggers, including skill gaps, insufficient training resources, and rapid changes in market demand.
