Based on this, this paper analyzes prevalent shooting posture problems among beginners, identifying errors such as incorrect shoulder-rest and cheek-rest positions, improper application of force by both hands, mistimed trigger pulls, irregular breathing patterns, psychological interference, and poor control of the rifle’s angle.
