It explores how this intangible cultural heritage transitions from “source-based culture” to “educational resource,” thereby achieving the collaborative construction of local identity and national cultural consensus. Through a combination of literature analysis and field research, this study systematically presents Lianghe County's rural practice mechanism for building cultural confidence based on the “intangible cultural heritage + tourism + education” pathway, alongside Guangdong's institutionalized teaching and dissemination transformation of cross-regional Hulusi under the policy guidance of “incorporating intangible cultural heritage into classrooms.” By comparing the similarities and differences between the two regions in terms of hulusi resource integration mechanisms, educational adaptation pathways, and cultural identity formation, the author argues that the cross-regional dissemination of intangible cultural heritage is not merely a spatial migration but a complex process involving social reproduction and institutional coordination. The study concludes that establishing a “local-remote” collaborative mechanism that balances cultural consciousness and dissemination adaptability is a key pathway for promoting the sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage.
<keywords/></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>He S F, 2025, Government Work Report, Lianghe County People's Government.</p><pub-id pub-id-type="doi"/></element-citation></ref><ref id="B2" content-type="article"><label>2</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>Zhao S F, 2025, “Collaboration and Reconstruction: The ‘Re-Contextualization’ of Intangible Cultural Heritage Music and Dance Performance Texts,” Chinese Music, 2: 18-28.</p><pub-id pub-id-type="doi"/></element-citation></ref><ref id="B3" content-type="article"><label>3</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>Wang W F, Zhang J B, 2023, “Capital Conversion of Cultural Resources: Conceptual Evolution and Value Realization,” Modern Communication (Journal of Communication University of China), 4: 112-120.</p><pub-id pub-id-type="doi"/></element-citation></ref><ref id="B4" content-type="article"><label>4</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>Zhao Y H, Liu J, 2018, “Path Selection for Cross-Cultural Communication of the Belt and Road Initiative from a Cultural Identity Perspective,” International Journalism, 12: 67-82.</p><pub-id pub-id-type="doi"/></element-citation></ref><ref id="B5" content-type="article"><label>5</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>Wu Z, Li M Z, 2024, “Reflections on Advancing Aesthetic Education from a Music Education Perspective: Based on the Ministry of Education's Notice on the Comprehensive Implementation of the School Aesthetic Education Immersion Initiative,” Education and Teaching Forum, 41: 21-25.</p><pub-id pub-id-type="doi"/></element-citation></ref><ref id="B6" content-type="article"><label>6</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>Tu J M, 2017, “Field Research on the Chinese Traditional Musical Instrument Workshops on Daxin Road, Guangzhou,” Chinese Ethnic Culture, 1: 142-143.</p><pub-id pub-id-type="doi"/></element-citation></ref></ref-list></back></article>
