As direct contacts for students’ all-around development, foreign language teachers in colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating talents with high-level foreign language skills, digital awareness, and internationalization. This makes the digital literacy of foreign language teachers a focus of attention in society, colleges, and universities.
