The rational application of dynamic management mode to the survey and design management of municipal roads is conducive to improve the survey and design management level of municipal roads and further realizing the optimization of the construction effect of municipal roads. In this paper, the various factors which are affecting the management of municipal road survey and design as well the principles of municipal road design were discussed. Further, the recommendation of the application strategy of dynamic management mode in municipal road survey and design management was proposed in this paper.
