Through an in-depth analysis of digital technology, the study outlines its important role in landscape design, especially in the application of plant configuration. The current application status of virtual reality technology in landscape design is discussed, as well as how interactive design can enhance user experience and participation. Furthermore, the achievements and challenges of digital technology in landscape design are summarized.
