Effective identification, organic integration, timely adoption, and correct decision-making for the transformation of old neighborhoods are pressing issues in the transformation of old neighborhoods. Therefore, this paper takes the green building evaluation standards of various countries as the research basis and support for the construction of the transformation strategy of old neighborhoods.
