It analyzes common risk factors and limitations of traditional approaches. BIM-based methods like collision detection, 4D simulation, multi-dimensional data integration, etc., can effectively mitigate risks. Stakeholder collaboration, digital twin testing, and lean BIM integration is also crucial.
