Based on the actual manifestations of the “lying flat” phenomenon among undergraduates at local universities, this paper systematically analyzes the mechanisms underlying resilience. It proposes strategies and supporting measures for fostering resilience across five key areas: government management, family environment, school education, online media regulation, and personal capacity building. The aim is to provide practical guidance and reference for addressing the “lying flat” challenge among undergraduates at local universities and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in these institutions.
<keywords/></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>Peng J, 2023, Multi-dimensional Analysis of the Phenomenon of “Lying Flat” of Contemporary College Students: Based on the Survey and Analysis of College Students in 23 Colleges and Universities in China.
