The socialized service of university library has the advantages of promoting cultural virtue and moral integrity to the public. However, there remain many issues during the development of socialized service in the university library.  Besides analyzing the difficulties and obstacles faced in socialized services of the university library, this paper aims to provide countermeasures to solve the problems.
