In recent years such unhealthy phenomena, which are between legality and rationality become active in the grey area of network supervision and have brought new threats to the stability of the network order and eventual in making a bad impact on social orderliness. As the backbone of network users, college students have become the instruments of uncivilized behaviours in the network. The ideological and political education in colleges and universities is also facing unbelievable shocks and new challenges.
