As one of their primary roles, higher vocational colleges should cultivate industrial talents with craftsman spirit, in order to supply skilled talents. Taking the course of Architectural Decoration Construction Technology as an example, this paper explores the connotation of craftsman spirit, analyzes the necessity of effective integration and reasonable infiltration of craftsman spirit in the teaching of architectural decoration construction technology, and proposes practical measures of integrating craftsman spirit into the teaching of architectural decoration construction technology.
