This article outlines the connotation of ideological and political courses in the context of cultivating moral character and cultivating people, analyzes and summarizes the significance of integrating ideological and political courses into college physical education courses, summarizes existing problems in the construction of ideological and political courses in college physical education, and explores the path of integrating ideological and political courses into college physical education courses under the background of cultivating moral character and cultivating people, with a view to providing guidelines for teachers.
