Against a backdrop of stringent state and federal regulations coupled with a decline in financial support, institutions are grappling with a shifting landscape. The paper delves into the intricacies of state regulations and funding policies, highlighting their impact on educational establishments. Furthermore, strategies for financial sustainability, including student attraction and retention, are discussed.
