Companies not only require their employees to have excellent skills, but also require them to be rigorous and meticulous, possess excellence, and carry out continuous innovation of the craftsman spirit. The talent training goal in vocational colleges is to supply high-quality skilled talents to the society. Vocational colleges have an important duty to cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship in students through multiple paths. Through in-depth analysis of previous research results, we carried out a study on the cultivation path of craftsmanship spirit. The results of this study may provide reference for the development of moral education in vocational colleges.
