The American environment has seen the formation of different ethnic and national music, as well as different musical styles, which have influenced and blended with each other to promote the development of American music. American modern music has gone through several stages of development, and it has not only formed a certain influence on the local American culture but also influenced the development of music throughout the world. This paper analyzes the heritage and development history of musical art and explains its influential role.
