Along with professional knowledge, continuous research, and innovation have become decisive factors in determining the quality of products. In this context, vocational colleges strive to cultivate high-quality skilled talents, making the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit a crucial component of vocational education. This study explores the cultivation path of craftsmanship spirit through the lens of skills competitions, with a special emphasis on developing students’ perseverance. The research conclusions of this article hold significant reference value for the implementation of vocational education policies.
