Teachers’ comprehensive quality levels in colleges and universities fundamentally determine the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, the level of scientific research, and the contribution to society. Based on moral cultivation and teachers’ professional moral cultivation, this paper discusses the problems in the professional moral cultivation of college teachers and the measures to improve the professional moral cultivation of college teachers.
