Actively exploring the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents is of great significance for cultivating innovative medical talents needed by the country and society. At present, innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher medical colleges is facing many challenges, the most important of which include the lack of concept in innovation and entrepreneurship education, medical students’ weak awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, and poor construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching staff.
