Through literature review, theoretical analysis, and other research methods, this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the impact of digital technology on the development of “double-qualified” teachers in private colleges and universities and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions. Research shows that digital transformation provides new opportunities and challenges for developing “double-qualified” teachers in private colleges and universities.
