During the implementation of the experiment, the subjects were divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group was subjected to physical exercise interventions using sports game teaching methods during physical education class, while the control group followed traditional physical education teaching methods. The results showed that the psychological health status of the students in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group after the experiment. The application of sports games helps to improve the psychological health of middle school students in the course of physical education, promoting a positive and forward direction in student psychology and is an effective means to enhance the psychological health level of middle school students.
<keywords/></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>Yoo J, Kim K, 2014, The Effect of Physical Activities on the Mental Health in Korean Middle School Adolescents: Based on the Web-Based Survey on Adolescents Health Behavior from 2013.
